Adam Flater lives in Denver, CO where he works for Roundarch in their newest office. In Denver and traveling the world, he serves as a Technical Director for Roundarch. With a background in Java and Microsoft technologies, Adam works mainly with enterprise customers leading teams to solve critical business problems. He became an active member of the Adobe Flex Community in 2006 and continues to present at many prominent conferences in the industry. His work with the Merapi Project was highlighted by the collaboration between Roundarch and Tesla Motors on their Model S Prototype. This prototype showcased a control system for the car running on a 17″ touch screen. The UI was built in Flex and connects to the Model S hardware using Merapi as a native bridge.
